For pending items:

For any pending items, it means that the item has been sold but not yet paid.

So pending buyers, please make sure that you transfer the payment within 2 days.

For payments that are not received, we will regard the deal as fall-through, and item will be offer to other interested buyers.

To note:

1) Sales are based on first-come-first-serve basis where the deal will be made to the first one who can confirm the purchase and make payment.

2) Do clear all your doubts about any items before any orders are placed.You can email us at myliltwinklestar@gmail.com for more enquiries. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

3) Dead buyers will be blacklisted!!! Hence, please be 100% sure that you want the items before placing your order!

4) Please get back to us if you wish to cancel your order last minute but please refrain from doing that.

*Payment Details*

My Lil' Twinkle Star accepts payment through DBS atm transfer and cash on delivery.

Account details will be sent via email after confirmation.

P.S. Do note that payment has to be made within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation email from us.

Payment that is not received within the stipulated time, items will be released to the next interested buyer.

So do check your inbox frequently once you have placed an order!

*Shipment Details*

Snail mail:

1) MLTS only offer shipment to Singapore addresses

2) Shipping charges are as follows unless stated otherwise:

For Normal Mail: $0.50 + postage rate

For Registered Mail: $0.50 + $2.24 + postage rate
